• Technical manager – The technical manager is responsible for the development of digital conversion systems and processes according to the customer or project requirements, for the training and certification of technicians, and for the provision of technical support.
• Project Manager – The project manager is responsible for the administrative management of projects, the logistics operations, and the maintenance of relationships with customers.
• Process engineer – The process engineer is an industrial engineer responsible for developing work processes and required documentation, designing and developing the information systems, and planning the implementation of required controls for projects.
• Recording Technicians – The technicians are well-experienced sound engineers and specially trained on conversion system and methods.
• Information administration - The administration is responsible for entering, maintaining, and handling the Metadata related to the archival converted material.
• Software programmer (a former senior programmer at Microsoft) – The programmer is responsible for writing the file management software for the Metadata according to the customer’s or project’s particular needs. 
• Logistics – The logistics team is responsible for handling and securing the items delivered for conversion and preservation processes; transporting the material for conversion from the customer's premises and back, receiving inventory into our management system, securing and safety of the items, preservation of customer's property, indexing and registering the item according to the project needs.
